Any blind people out there with a tattoo? I don't have one yet, but I think I'd be scared that the artist would fuck up my tatt, and plus wouldn't have the joy of seeing the finished product after the four hours of painful poking. Your thoughts?
Yes I have a couple of tattoos, 1 on the chest and 1 on each shoulder and some nice work on my back. I had gotten them before I lost my sight all though the last one I got could not really see and was a little hard working with the tattooist but I get allot of complements on it as far as what they are you'll just have to ask, smiling.
I have 2 and want another the first is a copy of a vampire gargoyle, the 2nd, a black spider within a Gothic circle,
I have never had any desire to get one, too painful but if I did I'd want to make sure it was something I wouldn't regret getting years down the line.
it depends on where you have it done bony areas are more painful.
I'm thinking of getting a rose on my shoulder just below where my hair stops.
I have a Chinese symbol on the top of my left arm which stands for love. I don't think it matters whether you can see or not, the tattooist could still mess it up... You just have to find somewhere with a good reputation.
well, my parents don't let me do that stuff. but consider this. some jobs don't want people wit a body covered in tatoos. they will not hire you. unless its in some place where its not seen and covered in clothes.
Wel I don't ahve any tatoos, but I want one. I'm a little scared to get one, but I ultimately do want one. I'm thinking about getting a butterfly on my shoulder probably.
I'm thinking of getting one, though I have to find a place where it's easily concealable for job related purposes. I thought of the lower back since I'm overweight and don't wear those belly shirts that show the midriff and it wouldn't be seen all the time, yet I've heard lower back tattoos called tramp stamps, so I think people who get them are now being stereotyped and given a bad reputation and I don't want that. I want the silver and gold dragons on the cover of Blind Guardian's And Then There Was Silence CD. I'm partially sighted, so if someone took a picture of it or if I had a couple mirrors, I could see the finished work.
